Bayer's GLUCOFACTS®DELUXE software does not launch when I insert my meter into the computer.

There are some reasons why GLUCOFACTS® Deluxe diabetes management software may not start automatically on computers running a Windows^® operating system (mainly Windows^® 7 and Windows Vista^®). The most common reason is that these operating systems have disabled the ability to auto-launch applications when a flash drive is inserted.

These instructions guide you through the steps necessary to simplify the launch of GLUCOFACTS® Deluxe software after insertion of Bayer’s CONTOUR® USB meter. A desktop shortcut will be installed that will allow you to simply connect, click, and view your data.
